For a limited time, we’re serving up a very special two-course menu with a glass of Lanson Rosé, designed for sharing, savouring and maybe even a little flirting across the table.

What’s Cooking?

We all know the best way to their heart is through their stomach, and our chefs have pulled out all the stops this year.

Start things off with Beetroot Cured Chalkstream Trout, paired with horseradish sorbet, apple purée and vibrant marinated beetroot. Fresh, elegant and just the right amount of indulgent.

For mains, it’s a real showstopper. Our Assiette of Lamb brings together roast rack, a crisp potato rosti, glazed sweetbreads and a pressed lamb belly croquette, all finished with rich lamb jus and smoky aubergine caviar. It’s the kind of plate that makes you pause mid-conversation.

And because no Valentine’s meal is complete without something sweet, the Raspberry & Ruby Chocolate Tart delivers on both looks and flavour, served with raspberry sorbet, Chambord Chantilly and fresh berries.

The full experience, with two courses and a glass of Lanson Rosé (or our Pineapple & Pink Grapefruit Cooler if you’re skipping the fizz) is available for £55 per person and well worth lingering over.

If one glass simply isn’t enough, we’ve got you covered.

For one week only, you can enjoy Lanson Rosé by the glass or bottle for the same price as Lanson Père et Fils, which means upgrading your celebration just became a very easy decision.
