Here’s what’s on the menu, when we’re open and how to grab a table before the off.
When is breakfast at The King’s Arms on race weekend?
Breakfast runs from 9am to 11.15am on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th November, the first two days of The November Meeting. It’s a special early opening just for race weekend, so pop both mornings in the diary.
Making a weekend of it? Start both race days with us. Linger over a second coffee, talk tactics with your friends and head off feeling ready for anything.
What’s on the race week breakfast menu?
Our à la carte breakfast is all about proper, hearty plates to set you up for a long day trackside.

The full works
The Full English brings together an Aubrey Allen sausage, smoked streaky bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, baked beans and tomatoes on the vine, plus toasted sourdough and two eggs cooked your way. Skipping the meat? The Full vegetarian swaps in smashed avocado, wilted spinach and a golden hash brown.

Eggs, avocado and something sweet
Runny yolk fans can choose Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale with smoked salmon or Eggs Florentine with spinach, all on a toasted English muffin with silky Hollandaise. Smashed avocado on sourdough with two poached eggs and a pinch of chilli flakes is another strong runner.
Got a sweet tooth? Our fluffy buttermilk pancakes come with smoked streaky bacon and maple syrup, or with mixed berries, banana and maple syrup. The cinnamon French toast on brioche, with berry compote and Normandy crème fraîche, is a dead cert.

Lighter bites
Not quite ready for a feast? Choose something lighter, from a granola and berry yoghurt pot or a bowl of creamy porridge to a warm croissant with a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
How to book breakfast before the Cheltenham races
Tables go quickly on race weekend, so we’d recommend booking ahead. Choose Friday 13th or Saturday 14th November when you book, or reserve both mornings and start each race day in style.
Coming with a crowd? Groups of eight or more need to pre-order and pay a £10 per person deposit when booking, so everything’s ready the moment you arrive.
Fancy starting race day the right way? Book your breakfast table and we’ll have the coffee on. We look forward to seeing you before the off.
